Biomass pellet machine
Biomass pellet machine is a kind of biomass energy pretreatment equipment. It mainly uses agricultural and forestry processing waste such as wood chips, straw, rice husks, bark and other biomass as raw materials, and solidifies them into high-density pellet fuel through pretreatment and processing. Biomass pellet machines are divided into flat-die biomass pellet machines and ring-die biomass pellet machines.
1. Raw materials:
Biomass fuel uses solid waste from crops such as corn stalks, wheat straw, rice straw, peanut shells, corn cobs, cotton stalks, soybean stalks, chaff, weeds, branches, leaves, sawdust, bark and other solid waste as raw materials. Pressurized, densified, and shaped into small rod-shaped solid particle fuel. Pellet fuel is made by extruding wood chips, straw and other raw materials using pressure rollers and ring dies under normal temperature conditions. The density of the raw materials is generally around 0.6-0.8, and the density of the molded particles is greater than 1.1. It is extremely convenient to transport and store. At the same time, its combustion performance is greatly improved, which brings certain employment problems and economic benefits.
2. Process flow:
Collection of agricultural and forestry wooden structure raw materials → raw material crushing → raw material drying → granulation and molding → cooling → screening → bagging.
3. Combustion characteristics:
Characteristics of biofuel: The formed pellet fuel has a large specific gravity, small size, combustion resistance, and is easy to store and transport. The density after molding is 1.1-1.5. The calorific value can reach 3400~4800 kcal. It is a high-volatile solid fuel with low sulfur content.
4.Use:
Heating: Molded pellet fuel is a new type of bioenergy that can replace wood, raw coal, fuel oil, liquefied gas, etc., and is widely used in heating and domestic stoves.
Biomass industrial boilers: As the main fuel for industrial boilers, they replace coal and reduce atmospheric emissions and pollution;
Power generation: can be used as fuel for thermal power generation.
