Process flow
1. Jaw crusher : The gold ore material enters the jaw crusher for crushing, and the primary crushed material enters the fine jaw crusher again to be crushed into secondary crushed material. The secondary crushed material is transported to the vibrating screen for screening, and the material that meets the requirements is screened out and sent to the silo by the conveyor for the next step.
2. Ball mill : Then the material enters the ball mill for grinding, and the slurry from the gold ore ball mill enters the spiral classifier for particle size classification. The spiral classifier sends the unqualified material upward to the ball mill for grinding again.
3. Flotation : The qualified slurry material enters the flotation machine, and different drugs are added according to different mineral characteristics to separate the desired minerals from other substances and enter the next process. Then the slurry material enters the next flotation machine for selection. The selected gold ore material is transported to the concentrate pool for dehydration. The dehydrated material can be dried in the sun to obtain the finished gold ore powder.
