Product description
Disc chippers are divided into three types: ordinary chippers (4 to 6 knives), multi-blade chippers (8 to 12 knives) and spiral chippers. These three chipper feeding methods include oblique feeding and flat feeding (or horizontal feeding). The chipping of long logs is generally fed by a flat mouth. The chipping of short logs and boards can be fed by an oblique mouth or a flat mouth.
Scope of application
The disc chipper can chip large and small raw materials including logs, boards, veneers, bamboo, branches, corn stalks, cotton stalks, reeds and other non-wood fiber stalks into uniform pieces. The length of the pieces can be adjusted as needed. It can be adjusted within the specified range and is suitable for paper mills, fiberboard mills, particleboard mills, wood chip production bases and raw material processing for edible fungi production.
Structure and composition
It is mainly composed of a machine base, a feed port, a cutterhead, a casing, a chipping blade and an electronic control. The machine can adjust the cutting blade as needed to produce wood chips of different specifications and thicknesses.
