1：Belt conveyors have the advantages of large transport capacity, simple structure, easy maintenance, and standardized components. They are widely used in mining, metallurgy, coal and other industries to transport loose materials or finished items.
2：The skirt conveyor continuously transports various bulk materials at any inclination angle from 0 to 90 degrees. It has a large conveying inclination angle, a wide range of use, and a small footprint. Corrugated edge conveyor belts can transport various bulk materials in horizontal, inclined, vertical and variable-angle directions, from coal, ore, sand to fertilizers and grains. The particle size of the material is not limited, ranging from very small to 400mm, and the conveying capacity can range from 1 cubic meter/hour to 6,000 cubic meters/hour.
3：The water-cooled screw conveyor mainly relies on the relative motion between the spiral body and the material for transportation. Therefore, the material is mainly concentrated on the inner spiral tube wall, and the cooling effect is obvious if the outer wall of the spiral inner tube is used. In fact, a tubular jacket is formed between the spiral inner tube and the spiral outer tube, and the cooling water circulates through the jacket to cool the material, which greatly improves the overall life of the screw conveyor.
