The rod machine is the main equipment for making rod-shaped solid fuel from wood, rice husk, peanut shell, plant straw and other carbon-containing wood materials (without adding any additives) under high pressure and high temperature conditions.
Working principle
Utilizing the inherent characteristics of wood raw materials, through spiral extrusion, under high temperature and high pressure, the lignin in the wood raw materials is plasticized to combine micro-fibers to form rod-shaped fuel. This machine can produce rods with diameters of 45mm, 50mm, 55mm, 70mm and 80mm.
Features
1. Change the three bearings of the old movement into four, which increases the stability and durability of the machine.
2. Change the old-fashioned oil-coated lubrication to oil-immersed lubrication. As long as there is no shortage of oil, it can be used for many years.
3. Increasing the screw pitch increases the feed amount, thus greatly increasing the output.
4. The structure of the molding barrel is improved, the friction between the machine and the raw material is reduced, and the density of the mandrel is increased.
